We are looking for new highly motivated team members to come along on our regulatory journey and support our team in one of our locations Munich, Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Sofia, or Ruse.

Founded in 2004 the cleversoft group is a leading cloud based RegTech provider for financial services. The company is headquartered in Munich with offices in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Nuremberg, The Hague, Luxembourg, Sofia and Ruse. We optimize and automate business processes for regulatory documents, marketing materials, commission payments and other back-office processes of over 300 clients around the globe, including banks, insurance companies, custodians/ investment management companies and asset managers.

The field of Regulatory Services is an interdisciplinary unit, where different areas of expertise meet: regulatory, financial markets, and software development. Our regulatory SaaS-Services enable financial institutions to fulfill their regulatory obligations via modern, digitized services.

We are looking for new highly motivated team members to come along on our regulatory journey and support our team in one of our locations Munich, Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Sofia, or Ruse.

Your Tasks  

As Service Manager you will take ownership of Customer Services, by engaging with Inhouse Teams such as Engineering, Sales, DevOps to deliver success to our customers.  

As a Service Manager you:  

  • Are a Single Point of Contact for our customers: from customer onboarding to understand their needs, solving their issues and guiding them on their customer journey, ensuring the customer success as your main goal;
  • A service owner of one or multiple regulatory services of cleversoft, including:
  • Invent and deliver Service improvements;
  • Internal and external Go-To-Person regarding your service (i.e. Customer workshops, strategic developments);
  • Manage the roadmap of your services;
  • Monitor regulatory trends  
  • Guide and manage projects of service extension and process automation;
  • Connect the dots between customer, service, regulation and tech whilst having the big picture of the company’s strategy in mind.

Your Profile

  • University degree with a relevant focus or completed training/experience in the field is a plus;
  • Previous experience is a plus
  • Professional approach to customers and business partners
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Very good spoken and written English and German
  • Effortless command of popular cloud software like Microsoft Office; Experience with Jira is a plus
  • Ability to work reliably, precisely, and independently
  • Enthusiasm for and dedication to shared team and corporate goals and values
  • Strong social and communication skills
  • Teamwork and commitment
  • Quick thinking in and coordinated reaction to dynamically developing situations

Beneficial skills

  • Experience in IT Service Management concepts such as ITIL
  • Experience with professional project management approaches like IPMA, Prince2
