To strengthen our cleversoft team, we are hiring a Service Manager for the development of financial regulatory and marketing document solutions as part of our Financial Engineering team.

The Service Manager has a key role in the design and development of tailor-made document automation services, which make data easier to comprehend and to present. You will be part of an experienced and supportive team, spread over multiple locations in Europe, focused on delivering the highest quality to clients from the financial industry.

Requirements

Technical

  • Degree or studies in Software Engineering or Computer Science;
  • Good knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python; Professional experience is strongly beneficial;
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JSON.

  • Ability to communicate technical information;

  • Excellent teamwork skills;

  • Fluent written and spoken English;

Responsibilities

  • Develop dynamic regulatory documents using JavaScript, HTML and proprietary cleversoft templating languages;
  • Participate in all phases of the document automation development, from design through implementation to testing, and final delivery to the client;
  • Analysis, structuring, and abstraction of the business requirements to build performant document automation solutions;
  • Research and gain knowledge on the business and financial background behind our services;
  • Communicate requirements with our Project and Account Managers, as well as directly with cleversoft clients;
  • Maintain and optimize existing solutions as part of the Financial Engineering team;
  • Take active role in optimization and development of new features in cooperation between our Financial Engineering and Backend development team;
  • Participate in cross-team, cross-project environment with multi-dimensional responsibilities, for which your performance has an immediate impact.
