Software investor Main Capital invests in growth of cleversoft

Munich/Düsseldorf/Amsterdam, December 3rd, 2018- cleversoft has received a substantial investment from software investor Main Capital to capitalize on the growing RegTech Challenge for the financial services market. cleversoft looks to grow product and regulatory scope organic and inorganic with the added expertise and additional capital from Main Capital.

cleversoft, founded in 2004, is a leading software specialist in the RegTech market. cleversoft services more than 200 financial institutions to efficiently comply with a growing number of complex regulations. By partnering with Main Capital the cleversoft management looks to increase its capabilities to accelerate growth with a buy-and-build strategy. Therefore the cleversoft management will continue in its current management roles and as shareholders.

Main Capital, with offices in Benelux and Germany, is a specialized Private Equity investor focused on strong growing software companies.
